Computer Projector (Mac, Windows) is available for your presentation.
Please bring your own lap-top computer.

POSTER PRESENTATION

December 19 (Monday)

 You can start to install your poster.
13:00
 Each Poster should be ready by this time.
13:30 - 14:30
 Poster Session 1
  • At least one person should be in front of each odd numbered poster (look at List of Posters to find your poster number).
  • DO NOT REMOVE the poster.
December 20 (Tuesday)
16:30 - 18:00
 Poster Session 2
  • At least one person should be in front of each even numbered poster (look at List of Posters to find your poster number).
  • DO NOT REMOVE the poster.
December 21 (Wednesday)
10:40 - 12:00
 Poster Session 3
  • At least one person should be in front of each (even AND odd numbered) poster.
16:00
 Each poster should be removed by this time.

Pins are available on site.

SOFTWARE DEMONSTRATIONS
