GIW 2005 has a session for posters and software demonstrations sponsored by JSBi. Please submit your poster or software demonstration from SUBMISSION OF POSTERS AND SOFTWARE DEMONSTRATIONS. Refer to INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS for the details.

Accepted posters and software demonstrations will be compiled into "The 16th International Conference on Genome Informatics, Posters and Software Demonstrations".

| 3. OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS BIOINFORMATICS PRIZE | |
|
The Oxford University Press Bioinformatics Prize will be awarded to the best poster and software demonstration selected by JSBi selection committee. The winners will be given JPY30,000 and one year free subscription of the journal Bioinformatics. The first author of candidate for this prize must be a member of JSBi by October 10, 2005.
