Computer Projector (Mac, Windows) is available for your presentation.
Please bring your own lap-top computer.

POSTER PRESENTATION

December 13 (Monday)

 You can start to install your poster.

 Each Poster should be ready by this time.
13:30 - 14:30
 Poster Session 1
  • At least one person should be in front of each odd numbered poster (look at Accepted Posters to find your poster number).
  • DO NOT REMOVE the poster.
December 14 (Tuesday)
16:30 - 18:00
 Poster Session 2
  • At least one person should be in front of each even numbered poster (look at Accepted Posters to find your poster number).
  • DO NOT REMOVE the poster.
December 15 (Wednesday)
11:05 - 12:15
 Poster Session 3
  • At least one person should be in front of each (even AND odd numbered) poster.
16:00
 Each poster should be removed by this time.

Software Demonstrations will be shown with LCD projectors or large displays.

 Software Demonstration Session 3
Software Demonstrations will be shown with LCD projectors or large displays.

 Each software demonstration should be removed by this time.
