Computer Projector (Mac, Windows) is available for your presentation.
Please bring your own lap-top computer.

POSTER PRESENTATION

December 15 (Monday)

 You can start to install your poster.
13:00
 Each Poster should be ready by this time.
13:30 - 15:00
 Poster Session I
  • At least one person should be in front of each odd numbered poster (look at the program to find your poster number).
  • DO NOT REMOVE the poster.
December 16 (Tuesday)
16:30 - 18:00
 Poster Session II
  • At least one person should be in front of each even numbered poster (look at the program to find your poster number).
  • DO NOT REMOVE the poster.
December 17 (Wednesday)
10:15 - 12:00
 Poster Session III
  • At least one person should be in front of each (even AND odd numbered) poster.
16:00
 Each poster should be removed by this time.
