Paper Presentation

Computer Projector (Mac, Windows), Over Head Projector are available for your presentation. Please bring your own lap-top computer. Please visit http://giw.ims.u-tokyo.ac.jp/giw97/index.html. You can find some photos from GIW '97 which may be helpful for your presentation.

December 17 (Monday) The Garden Hall Foyer
14:00	You can start to install your poster.
December 18 (Tuesday) The Garden Hall Foyer
13:30	Each Poster should be ready by this time.
16:30 - 18:30	Poster Session 1 At least one person should be in front of each poster. DO NOT REMOVE the poster.
December 19 (Wednesday) The Garden Hall Foyer
10:05 - 12:05	Poster Session 2 At least one person should be in front of each poster.
16:30	Each poster should be removed by this time.

Software Demonstrations

14:00	You can start to install your software demonstration at your booth.
December 18 (Tuesday) The Garden Hall and Backstage
13:30	Each demo should be ready by this time.
16:30 - 18:30	Software Demonstration Session 1 Software Demonstrations will be shown in The Garden Hall with LCD projectors.
December 19 (Wednesday) The Garden Hall and Backstage
10:05 - 12:05	Software Demonstration Session 2 Software Demonstrations will be shown in The Garden Hall with LCD projectors.
16:30	Each software demonstration should be removed by this time.
